Addis Ababa, April 17, 2026 (EABC): The Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation (EABC) held discussions today at the Office of the CEO with a delegation from Belarus on potential areas of cooperation with Belarusian companies in the agricultural sector.
The discussions focused on opportunities for collaboration in the assembly of modern agricultural machinery locally to farmers & development organizations at affordable prices, with the aim of strengthening agricultural mechanization in Ethiopia.
The discussion was attended on the EABC side by Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Yeshiemebet Negash & Tekeste Kifle (PhD), Deputy CEO of the Agricultural Machinery & Products Supply Main Sector.
Similarly, the Belarusian delegation included senior official from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ambassador of Belarus to Kenya & the Head of the Belarusian Consulate Office in Ethiopia.
